DUNE TALK: ‘Dune: Part One’ at the Academy Awards

Dune has done it! The first part of Denis Villeneuve’s movie adaptation has concluded its 2022 awards season run with a monumental achievement; being the most-awarded film at the 94th Academy Awards. Dune: Part One led the night, with a total of six Oscar wins. On this week’s Dune Talk show we celebrate and discuss what this means for the winners, as well as whole cast and crew.

Together with the movie’s financial success, is this the best possible outcome for Dune and the future of the franchise on the big screen? Garin, Johnny, Marcus, and Simon also share their personal highlights from the event and address the controversy surrounding the Oscars Awards pre-show.

This podcast (44 minutes) is available below in both video and audio formats. Enjoy and spread the word to fellow Dune fans!
